We offer both split-type and central air conditioning systems. For split-type systems, the minimum configuration is one outdoor unit connected to two indoor units (1:2), but the pricing is the same as a 1:3 system. The maximum configuration is one outdoor unit connected to six indoor units (1:6). For larger homes, we recommend central air conditioning systems. VEU's central air conditioning systems are comparable to those on the market but are more cost-effective when purchased through us. Our split-type multi-split systems differ from traditional back-to-back split systems by using a single outdoor unit to drive multiple indoor units through a connected pipeline, significantly reducing energy waste. The outdoor unit's inverter technology supports low power operation, providing full-house heating even when all indoor units are running. 

For a 1:3 system, our typical configuration is 7kW + 5kW + 3kW. A standard back-to-back split system usually runs at 3.6kW. When running a 3kW indoor unit, the back-to-back split system's power consumption ranges from 1kW to 3.6kW. Our multi-split system runs between 1.2kW and 3.2kW due to the outdoor unit's higher power, which incurs additional power usage to maintain operation. However, when all indoor units are running, energy consumption aligns with the indoor unit power.

There are no specific restrictions on customer types, and there are no quotas. As long as you are a house owner, we can assist you in applying. However, the property will still need to meet the subsidy conditions.

Our quotations show the outdoor unit priced around $7400, with indoor units at $1000 each. The total cost for a multi-split system is about $13,000. With a government subsidy of $7000, customers only need to pay $4000-$5000. We cover the rest and handle the subsidy application, so customers don't need to deal with the government directly. 

Sure! Comparing with Gree and Midea models:

• 2kW-4kW indoor units cost around $1600 including installation.
• 4.5kW-5.5kW units cost around $2000 including installation.   
• Units above 5.6kW cost around $3000 including installation. Installing three units with us costs the same or less than installing one to two units with others.

The warranty card will be provided with the installation. Our work comes with a 6-year workmanship guarantee, and the air conditioning units typically come with a 5-8 year warranty. 

Savings can range from $800 to $1200 annually, depending on usage. The payback period is generally 2-3 years. 

Yes, VEU installation requires adding a 10-amp switch in the electrical box and a 35-amp switch near the outdoor unit. The main circuit breaker should be at least 63 amps. If it's less than 63 amps, an upgrade will be necessary, which can be more costly if upgrading from a fuse box. 

We can help retain or remove old wall-mounted air conditioners based on the customer's preference. 

Yes, old gas duct heaters must be removed or decommissioned. The government requires this to qualify for subsidies, as the new system replaces gas heating. 

The choice depends on the size and layout of the home. Split systems are suitable for medium-sized homes, while central systems are recommended for larger homes needing comprehensive heating and cooling. 

The outdoor unit is typically installed on the ground due to its weight (130kg). Roof installation requires strong structural support. For ground installation, we elevate the unit on a platform at least 10-15cm off the ground to prevent flooding. 

Duct installation costs are higher due to the larger workload and duct replacement. Installation typically costs $4000-$5000.
